Some Z3 non-M came with Torsens. Basically everything else (Z3M, E36, E30 and older) will be ZF clutch type. Only exception would be the E30 iX viscous LSD.

Might not be much more to retrofit a Quaife/OSGiken/Kaaz unit if you already have to ship a complete diff across the planet.

would absolutely love to get rid of this awful open diff.. my old 318is was happy to let me power through slides, this one just derp wheel spin.

LSD acquired! went to cali for 6 days on some family business but got me a medium case 4.1 LSD in spiffy condition for 400 bucks from a super cool guy that lurks this site.


only problem.... how to take it back to korea?

ended up disassembling it at midnight before my flight with my cali buddy, bubble wrapping everything and parsing it across three different checked bags. naturally, the TSA was super sketched out inspected my bags.



currently my daily warrior. waiting to put on my coils to put on my LSD . updates when i can!
